FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
ORDERS
How do I place an order?
First choose your favorite Sneaker Blings products and add them to the shopping cart. Then go to the shopping basket and check your order, if you click the ‘Checkout’ button you will go to the next step where you can fill in your address details and choose a shipping method and payment method. The payment methods and shipping options vary by country.
Can I edit or cancel my order after payment?
If the order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to edit or cancel the order by contacting us via email. We can not guarantee that we are able to see the mail in time. Therefore it is best to check the order carefully before placing it.
How can I see the status of my order?
Once you have placed the order you will receive a confirmation in the mail, it may be that it ends up in your spam box. When the order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking information to follow the package. It can take a few working days before the tracking information is updated by the shipping company.
SHIPPING & PAYMENTS
What are the shipping costs & delivery times?
The shipping cost varies by location and can be seen at the checkout page in the shopping cart. Once an order is placed with us we will ship it the same day or the day after. Currently there may be delays due to Covid-19 at the shipping companies but we will do everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible.
How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping is available for orders of 20€ / $21 or more.
Are there any additional costs like customs, taxes or duties?
It can happen that there are import costs involved. Unfortunately, we can’t predict these in advance and can’t guarantee that this will not happen. We are not liable for these costs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How can I return my order?
- If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 30 days for an exchange or a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Send an email to ralfs@sneakerblings.com including your order number.
My refund isn't completed yet, what do I do?
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ralfs@sneakerblings.com.
